Babes in Arms came out in 1939 and has a total running time of 91 minutes. This film is based loosely from the Broadway musical of the same name. Mickey Rooney (as Mickey Moran), Judy Garland (as Patsy Barton) and Charles Winninger (as Joe Moran) star in this musical comedy. Mickey Moran grew up with family in the show business. When his parents decide to make a comeback, Mickey wants to join them. He and his girlfriend Patsy Barton and some of their friends join together and form their own show.
