This is an excellent project. “The Brookhaven House” featured a Four Seasons Solar Products sunroom as the primary "Passive Solar Collector.” Four Seasons Solar Products had been awarded a Federal grant to develop a "Passive Solar Collector" in which the sunroom on "The Brookhaven House" was the prototype. I represented Four Seasons Solar Products as the passive solar expert and lectured at the home during "Open Houses" to the public. The measured results were so dramatic that both Federal and State Tax Credits were offered to promote the use of “Passive Solar” on homes.
