Joanna Kramer decides to leave her husband Ted Kramer because she feels he doesn’t give her enough attention. Ted Kramer is a workaholic and always puts work before his family. Things change once Joanna leaves. Now he has to deal with housekeeping and taking care of their son Billy. But trouble occurs when Joanna comes for Billy. Ted refuses to give up his son so they go to court to battle for custody of their son Billy.
