The Magic Sword came out in 1962 and has a total running time of 80 minutes. Basil Rathbone (as Lodac), Estelle Winwood (as Sybil), Gary Lockwood (as Sir George) and Anne Helm (as Princess Helene) star in this fairy tale movie. George, along with six other knights, head out on a quest to save the lovely Princess Helene. Princess Helene is being held captive by the evil wizard Lodac and is being guarded by a firey dragon! George is carrying a magic sword, which should help to defeat the evil wizard not to mention Lodac’s seven curses! In the end, George saves the Princess and together they live happily ever after.
