Teenager Haley (Peregrym) walked away from a promising gymnastics career and into trouble. Thanks to her latest run-in with the law, Haley is sentenced to attend a gymnastics academy run by gruff coach Burt Vickerman (Bridges). The other girls dislike her attitude, but training and competition bring them closer as Haley foments rebellion against the sport's conformity and nitpicky rules. Writer/director Bendinger did the similarly girl-powered cheerleading comedy "Bring It On."

Stick It

Stick It was a cute movie. Any girl in gymnastics or any young girl in general would probably enjoy this movie. It's about a gymnastics. A troubled teen has to go to a gymnastics academy. It shows the changes she goes through and the relationships between her teammates. I enjoy sports and gymnastics, so I enjoyed this movie. The movie is about an hour and a half long. This movie is geared for young teens, in my opinion. If your into gymnastics and your a girl, you'll probably want to watch this movie. You'll enjoy it.
