Confusing time-travel romance that appeals because of its leads, who haven't worked together since 1994's "Speed." Chicago doctor Kate (Bullock) leaves a note for the next renter of her glass box lakeside house. Only architect Alex (Reeves) insists that no one has lived in the rundown property for years before him. Hmmm, somehow the attractive twosome communicates with each other despite a two-year time gap. They fall in love, but trying to meet face-to-face is a complicated business. A remake of the 2000 South Korean film "Siworae."

I love this movie. The Lake House has to be one of my favorite Sandra Bullock movies. This is really a cute, romantic movie. It's more of a chick flick. I'm not so sure that guys would enjoy it though. I'm glad this couldn't happen in real life. Can you imagine talking to someone who is from a different year and you can only communicate through letters. That's what happens in The Lake House. So throughout the whole movie, the two are trying to figure out how to meet each other. This is definitely a good movie. Ladies, you should go out and see this movie.
