Beverly Hills blonde Elle Woods (Witherspoon) is a sorority babe who dresses in pink and has her Chihuahua Bruiser as a constant companion. After getting dumped by frat boyfriend Warner (Davis), who's on his way to Harvard Law School, Elle wallows in chocolate-fueled misery. But determined to show him that's she more than the sum of her pretty parts, Elle also gets accepted and shows all those pasty-faced easterners, including Warner's new fiancee, brunette Vivian (Blair), that she has brains as well as blonde roots when she gets involved in a big murder case. Witherspoon is a delight in a very lightweight comedy.

Legally Blonde is definately a chick flick but i think a lot of guys would also enjoy it. Elle loves everything pink, just like i do, and is very, very girly. She loves to get her hair and nails done, carries around her little dog, and gets into Harvard just because she's beautiful and "daddy" has money. But she did score high enough on the LSATs. Elle also made her ex-boyfriend Warner jealous and found out that his dad had to make a call to actually get him in because at first he was denied. Overall this movie is hilarious.
