Male-chauvinist Gibson gets electrocuted in his bathroom and suddenly has the power to hear women's thoughts, which aren't very complimentary towards him. Gibson, obviously enjoying himself, shines in this intermittently funny, lightweight but enjoyable romantic comedy. Sublety and restraint are in short supply, but Gibson's performance, especially when he's doing his neo-Rat Pack act, makes up for the overindulgences.

Nicholle

I really like this movie. It's more of a chick-flick, though.Nick Marshal really thinks of himself as God's gift to women and has a big ego. He gets electrocuted and is able to hear women's thoughts. Nick finds out that he isn't wanted by women for what he thinks and is pretty disappointed. His dream job at work is given to a very talented woman named Darcy, a man-eater. Nick decides to sabotage his new boss by reading her thoughts and selling her ideas as his own, but then he falls in love with her.
