Blondie for Victory came out in 1942 and has a total running time of 68 minutes. Penny Singleton (as Blondie Bumstead), Arthur Lake (as Dagwood Bumstead) and Larry Simms (as Baby Bumstead) star in this fun comedy. Blondie is into giving something to the war efforts. So she comes up with Housewives of America. They perform home front wartime duties. One task is to guard the local Dam. While the wives are out, the husbands are left at home to take care of the children and household chores. This doesn’t please the husbands very much. Will Blondie change her mind and relieve her husband from all the chores?
