Made-for-TV biblical epic of the Old Testament story that doesn't exactly stay close to its biblical roots. It's eccentric, special effects-laden, and borders on the irreverent. Noah builds his ark, gathers the animals (and his family), watches as the world is destroyed, and survives the 40 days and nights of flooding.

Noah’s Ark came out in 1999 and has a total running time of 178 minutes. This film was a made-for-TV movie. Jon Voight, Mary Steenburgen, F. Murray Abraham, Carol Kane and James Coburn star in this biblical epic. This is the story of Noah’s ark. Noah builds a huge ark for a flood that is about to come. He builds on big enough so that he can fit many animals and his family in it. God creates a huge flood that floods the world and now Noah and his family must face the journey they are about to face.
