This sports thriller was nominated for two Golden Globes, along with two other nominations. White Mile released in 1994 and has a total running time of 97 minutes. White Mile is based on a true story. Dan Cutler is an advertising executive who invites some of his fellow executives and other important clients on a whitewater-rafting trip on Canada’s White Mile. When you least expect it, trouble occurs. The raft flips over leaving the entire men in the rapid water a few of the men didn’t make it out alive. More trouble occurs. People are angry for this occurrence and now a widowed woman is suing the agency for damages due to her husband’s death in the accident.
