DeMornay is Peyton Flanders, the nanny from hell, in an otherwise predictable thriller. Sciorra's role is a thankless one as pregnant and unbelievably naive Claire Bartel, who unwittingly starts a horrific chain of events when she levels charges of molestation ogainst her obstetrician. Transparent plot preys on the worst fears of viewers, and doesn't offer anything innovative or new. See this one for DeMornay's Jekyll and Hyde performance.

This is a really good thriller that is about a bizarre women who is out for revenge. The woman is Peyton played by Rebecca DeMornay whose husband was a gynecologist and accused of molesting five women. When convicted, he loses his license, found guilty and commits suicide. His wife Peyton has no money now, losses her home and has a miscarriage. She then reads a want ad for a nanny which is one of the women that accused her husband of molesting them and her name is Claire played by Annabella Sclorra. Peyton becomes their nanny and the family really likes her. Peyton then plots to do things to destroy the family. She puts the moves on Claire's husband. She also starts nursing the baby at night before Claire does and then Claire wonders why the baby is never hungry. Peyton also sets up a trap in Claire's green house so the glass would shatter and kill Claire, however, it ends up killing Claire's best friend who had just found out who Peyton was. Both Claire and her husband eventually figure out who Peyton is and now have to get her out of their lives. This suspenseful thriller will keep you at the edge of your seat!
